About Us

We're a quaint meditation center, retreat, and workshop hub located in old school Florida. Our property is surrounded by large pines, majestic oaks decorated with Spanish moss, and almost entirely surrounded by lovely Lake Stella. We renovated our 3-car detached garage into a peaceful meditation studio, and we are eager for you to visit! 

I am a Certified Soma Breath Instructor, A Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, a lightworker and energy worker, as well as a consistent student in life. 😊 Our studio offers driveway parking, an air conditioned space with a full bathroom, rubber mat flooring, surround sound, and visual effects creating just the right ambiance to bring you to that place of stillness during your healing practice. Here at SomaSmart Studios, we take it one breath at a time. We love to share the Soma Breathwork techniques, Sound Healing and other healing modalities to best take care of you.
