Sacred Resonance: An Intensive Sound & Energy Healing Journey

Step into a sacred container of transformation with this immersive group event blending the ancient art of sound healing with powerful energy healing practices. Designed as a deep reset for your body, mind, and spirit, this intensive experience invites you to release energetic blockages, awaken your inner wisdom, and harmonize with your highest frequency.

Through a carefully curated sequence of sound journeys, guided meditations, hands-on (or distance) energy work, breathing techniques and group intention, we co-create a vibrational field of Heart and Brain coherence, deep healing and resonance. 

Be apart of a community during a 4 session course. Not only are you showing up for yourself and receiving Sound and Energy Healing, you are also showing up by holding sacred loving space for others.

This class consists of 4 sessions over the course of a month, broken down into 1 weekly class each Saturday morning for a month. These classes are 2 hours long from 10am to noon EDT. The class is a live, in-person event held at SomaSmart Studios in Crescent City FL.
