Chakra Balancing Event 7/26/25

This day-long retreat is designed to cultivate rest and relaxation and to practice quieting our minds to restore our nervous systems. This will be a wonderful opportunity to connect as a community and enjoy the power of sound vibration as we experience peace from within.

The morning will consist of Breathwork to get the oxygen and energy moving through our bodies, Guided Meditations focusing on the Chakras, and a Sound Bath with Chakra Aligning Crystal Singing Bowls.

After we break for a delicious provided lunch, we will resume the afternoon with another profound Sound Bath Immersion that will encourage rest, relaxation and restoration of the mind and body. We finish our festivities with a Step-by-Step Instructed Chakra related Art Activity.

The event is held on Saturday July 26th from 10am-3pm and the cost is $111.00/person.
